The website https://ru.iseeyou.center and its subdomains (the "Site") are operated by ISEEYOU SPACE LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36138, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA (the "Company", "we"). The Site is dedicated to "I See You", an educational self-development online program by the Nisarga Center for Self-Knowledge.
This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, on which legal bases, with whom we share it, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors of the Site (including the blog) and to people who submit an enrollment request. The participant account area (lk.iseeyou.center) is part of our service and is covered by this Policy as well.

Data you provide:
- when submitting an enrollment request — name, email address, phone number, time zone;
- when corresponding with us (email, Telegram) — the content of your messages and the contact details you write from.
We do not conduct mandatory interviews and do not collect questionnaire data before purchase.
Data collected automatically (only with your consent, except strictly necessary items): cookies and web analytics data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, actions on the Site. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Payment data: payments are processed by payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers.
The program is educational, and we deliberately do not collect information about your health, diagnoses or treatment through the Site's forms. Please do not submit such information through the forms. If you volunteer something of this kind in correspondence, we use it only to respond to you, do not transfer it into marketing systems, and retain such correspondence for a limited time.

We use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. language preference) and — only after your consent — Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Yandex Metrica, including session replay (Webvisor). We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers acting on our instructions: hosting, email services, payment services, web analytics (Google, Yandex);
- program facilitators and curators — to the extent needed to support your participation;
- public authorities — where applicable law requires it.
The Company is registered in the United States, so data is processed in the US and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. For transfers from the EU/EEA we rely on mechanisms provided by the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
- enrollment and participation data — for the duration of your participation and a reasonable period afterwards as needed for accounting and dispute resolution;
- marketing emails — until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe);
- correspondence — for the limited time needed to respond and support you;
- cookies — for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and similar laws:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing);
- lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

The Site and the program are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at https://ru.iseeyou.center/en/privacy-policy with its effective date. For material changes we will additionally notify you on the Site or by email.
