Terms of Service

Effective date: August 13, 2026

These Terms are published in English and Russian. The Russian version is a courtesy translation; in case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.

1. Parties and services

These terms (the "Terms") govern the use of https://ru.iseeyou.center and its subdomains (the "Site") and participation in "I See You", an educational self-development online program (the "Program"). The services are provided by ISEEYOU SPACE LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36138, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA (the "Company").

Depending on the chosen plan, the Program includes: video and study materials, live group online sessions, home assignments, curator support and individual sessions under the Program's methodology, and access to the participant account area. The exact scope and price of each plan are stated on the Site at the moment of enrollment.

By enrolling in the Program (making a purchase) or using the Site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Educational nature; no medical or psychological services

This program is educational in nature and intended for personal development (avocational) purposes only. Participation does not constitute professional or vocational training and does not confer any qualification. The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or alleviate any mental or physical condition. If you are currently under the care of a psychiatrist or psychotherapist, please consult your provider before enrolling. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Program facilitators and curators are not licensed mental health professionals and do not provide services requiring licensure: they do not diagnose conditions and do not prescribe or adjust treatment.

3. Eligibility and self-declaration

The Program is open to persons 18 years of age or older. When enrolling, you confirm that you are not in acute crisis, are not undergoing treatment requiring psychiatric supervision, and understand that the Program is educational and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.

The Company may (but is not obliged to) pause your participation if, in the Company's reasonable judgment, your condition requires the help of a qualified professional. In that case you receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the Program.

If you are struggling right now and need urgent support, the Crisis Help page lists hotlines by country.

4. Payment and refunds

Prices and available plans are stated on the Site at the moment of enrollment. Payment is made by the methods available in the participant account area or otherwise indicated by the Company.

Refunds: within 7 (seven) calendar days from the start date of your Program cohort you may withdraw and receive a full refund, no questions asked. To do so, write to info@iseeyou.center from the email address used for enrollment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment providers' processing times.

After the 7-day period, refunds are available in the cases provided by these Terms (see Section 3) or by mandatory consumer protection rules of applicable law.

If installment plans or auto-renewing subscriptions are offered for particular products, their terms (payment schedule, cancellation method, notifications) will be disclosed before payment, and auto-renewal will be enabled only with your separate express consent and with the ability to cancel at any time.

5. Intellectual property

All Program and Site materials (videos, texts, methods, session recordings, images) belong to the Company or its licensors and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Recording, copying, publishing, transferring to third parties or otherwise distributing Program materials without the Company's written permission is prohibited.

6. Community rules

In group formats, participants treat each other with respect and care: no insults, harassment, discrimination, unsolicited private messages to other participants, spam or advertising. The Company may remove a participant from the Program without a refund for a material violation of these rules, with written notice stating the reason.

7. Session recordings

Group online sessions may be recorded for cohort participants and the Program archive; by attending you consent to this (you may keep your camera and microphone off). Individual sessions are not recorded without your separate consent.

8. Assumption of risk and release

You understand that the Program involves emotionally intensive self-directed work with attention to your own feelings and experience, and you accept responsibility for your condition and decisions during participation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release the Company from claims related to your own application of the Program's materials and practices. This release does not extend to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claims related to the Program or the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Program and excludes indirect damages and lost profits.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.

11. Arbitration; class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is online or the State of Wyoming, USA; each party bears its own costs unless the AAA rules provide otherwise.

YOU AND THE COMPANY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to info@iseeyou.center within 30 days of your first purchase. This clause does not limit either party's right to bring an individual claim in small claims court and does not restrict actions by government agencies.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

13. Force majeure; changes to or discontinuation of the Program

The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control: natural disasters, war, epidemics, acts of government authorities, failures of the internet or third-party services (including payment and video-conferencing providers), and similar events. If such circumstances continue for more than 14 consecutive days, either party may withdraw from the unfinished part of the Program with a pro-rata refund.

The Company may reasonably change the composition and format of the Program (including its facilitators) while preserving its substance, and may discontinue the Program or a particular cohort in its entirety by giving participants at least 7 days' notice, except in the circumstances described in the previous paragraph. If the Company discontinues the Program, participants receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the Program. This clause concerns discontinuing the Program or a cohort in its entirety as a Company decision; it does not govern removal of an individual participant for violating the rules (Section 6), which requires no advance notice.

14. Territorial availability

The Company may restrict availability of the Program in certain jurisdictions at its discretion. By enrolling, you confirm that you are not purchasing in circumvention of such restrictions.

15. Changes; severability; contact

The Company may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to purchases made after that date. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions about these Terms: info@iseeyou.center.
